Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Trainers
ASIST
Description: The effects of suicide in any community has far reaching repercussions. Tom Price is no exception since no community can confidently say that they will never have a suicide. Tom Price, in conjunction with Livingworks Australia and Lifeline, have equipped themselves to intervene in such circumstances by networking with various emergency services and being available beyond the call of duty when people feel suicidal. Our aim is to teach as many people where possible, the skills involved in intervening when someone feels suicidal. This training course is a two-day life skills event, which should not be missed by anyone.
